Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SweepVault — the website at sweepvault.app, the catalog at catalog.sweepvault.app, and the SweepVault desktop application. The service is operated by TyKo Sales LLC. By using it you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What SweepVault is

SweepVault is an information tool. It collects publicly available information about sweepstakes and promotions operated by third parties, and presents it in one place — prize details, entry links, closing dates and similar facts.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Catalog information is gathered by automated means and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Dates change, promotions end early, sponsors amend their rules, and our extraction is imperfect. We publish coverage figures honestly and do not claim completeness.

The sponsor's official rules always control. Read them before entering. Do not rely on SweepVault as your sole source for eligibility, deadlines, prize values, or any other term. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any promotion you enter and with the laws that apply to you.

3. No guarantee of winning

Nothing here improves your odds. Sweepstakes outcomes are determined by their sponsors. We make no representation that you will win anything, and any prize values shown are the sponsor's stated values, not an offer or a promise.

4. Your account and subscription

• Access is sold as a recurring subscription and is handled by Whop, our payments and identity provider. Their terms apply to the transaction.
• A subscription is for one person. Do not share your login or licence key.
• Manage, change, or cancel your subscription through Whop. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
• We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for sharing access, or for automated extraction of the catalog.

5. Acceptable use

The catalog is the product. You may use it for your own sweepstakes entry. You may not:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract the catalog;
• republish, resell, sublicense, or redistribute catalog data;
• share, resell, or publish your login or licence key;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or licence checks;
• use the service to break any sponsor's rules or any applicable law.

6. The desktop application

The desktop app connects to mailboxes you configure in order to identify prize-notification emails. You are responsible for having the right to access any mailbox you connect. What the app sends to our servers, and what stays on your machine, is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. Catalog updates run on an automated schedule that can fail or fall behind.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TyKo Sales LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost prizes, lost profits, missed deadlines, or missed entries. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
